Thus, we can supply tech professionals to our clients before other recruitment firms can. Our recruitment cycle involves the following steps:

 

 

  • We start by knowing what our client needs. We determine the specifics and standards set by the employer to know what they are looking for. This may include an office tour and a meeting with the client’s hiring manager for us to know the client’s recruitment cycle as well as the challenges in all phases of the recruitment.

 

  • We brainstorm and strategize. After determining our challenges and opportunities, our recruitment experts sit down to come up with recruitment strategies to address the client’s needs. We persistently search for people, not only with talent, but with passion and interest that supports your objectives.

 

  • Profiling. From our database of talent, we try to find a match to what the client needs. We undergo a tedious process of checking every single profile of our tech professionals and identify the top candidates for the job with the client’s hiring manager. Usually, we will be able to match 7-10 qualified candidates within the first 7 days.

 

  • We involve our clients in the hiring process. We present the top candidates to our clients and involve them in the screening process. A series of personal and phone interviews, technical assessments and rankings are done to finally come up with the most qualified person for the job.

 

  • Once we have chosen the best fit for the job, we finalize the offer and get the talent hired. We use our systematic assessment process in making sure that our talent are up to par with industry standards.
